Each week at Mrs. Victoria's Home Daycare includes a balance of play, books, music, movement, outdoor exploration, creativity, science, early literacy, early math, and independence-building routines.
The program is flexible and child-led, but Victoria plans meaningful experiences that support development and school readiness. Children learn through play, but the play is intentional.
A week may include
Books of the week introduction, music, outdoor exploration, and child-led play
Early literacy, name recognition, sensory play, and art
Weekly science or discovery activity, counting, sorting, and outdoor play
Music, dance/movement, fine motor practice, and creative play
Review of books of the week, songs, group activities, outdoor play, and independence routines
The weekly plan may change based on children's interests, weather, group needs, seasons, and special moments that naturally come up during play.
